Smaller homes. Fewer compromises.

Tiny Home Sales connects buyers with well-built compact homes — tiny houses, modular homes, prefab cabins and kit homes — designed for people who want a real home without a thirty-year mortgage attached to it.

Our story

Tiny Home Sales was founded in [PLACEHOLDER: founding year] by a team that had spent years in residential construction and kept running into the same problem: the homes people actually wanted — modest, efficient, well-finished — were the hardest ones to buy.

Traditional builders weren't interested in small projects. The prefab market was fragmented, hard to compare, and full of listings that showed a render and little else. Buyers were being asked to commit tens of thousands of dollars on the strength of a photo.

We started Tiny Home Sales to fix that. We work with a small number of vetted manufacturers, publish complete specifications for every model we list, and quote in writing before anyone commits to anything.

What we do

We're a sales and delivery company, not a general contractor. That distinction matters, so we state it plainly:

We handle: model selection, specification, customisation options, written quotes, factory ordering, production scheduling, shipping and delivery to your site.

You handle: land, permits, foundation or pad preparation, utility connections, and final set — normally through local contractors. We'll tell you exactly what each model needs so you can get accurate local quotes before you order.

Being clear about this upfront saves everyone time. A tiny home is a building, and buildings have local requirements no national seller can promise around.

How we choose what we sell

Every model in our catalogue is assessed before it's listed:

  • Structure — frame type, roof load rating, wind rating, and whether the

model carries the certification its intended use requires.

  • Envelope — insulation values, window specification, and suitability for the

climates our buyers are actually in.

  • Finish — cabinetry, flooring, fixtures and appliances, inspected against

what the listing claims.

  • Serviceability — whether parts and support are available after delivery.

If a model doesn't hold up, we don't list it. Our catalogue is deliberately smaller than it could be.

Why buyers choose us

Complete specifications. Dimensions, materials, certifications and what's included — published on every product page, not sent after you enquire.

Written quotes. Your quote itemises the home, delivery, and any options. No figures appear later that weren't on the quote.

No pressure. We quote, we answer questions, and we wait. A home is not an impulse purchase and we don't treat it like one.

One point of contact. The same person handles your enquiry from first question to delivery day.
