The Pinecrest 20 is the larger sibling of our single-wide, and in pure square-feet-per-dollar terms it is the best value in the catalogue.

Eleven hundred and eighty square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate laundry, and an open living area wide enough that furniture can float rather than line the walls — the thing a sixteen-foot-wide home can never offer.

The primary bedroom has an en-suite with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The two secondary bedrooms share the family bathroom. The kitchen has an island, a full appliance package and a pantry.

Two sections, joined on site. The seam runs down the length of the living area and is finished by the mating crew.
